North’s final quarter
was no problem for them this week as the game was over at the end of the first quarter.
9.7.61 to 1.0.6 was pretty well the game then and there as the Saints never
came within 30 points of North. A 68 point belting was the perfect way for
North Melbourne to celebrate Brent “Boomer” Harvey’s 350th (the first
player to play 350 games for North since the legendary Glenn Archer) and
captain Andrew Swallow’s 200th
North now face a
Suns side who have the capability to beat them while Saint Kilda play the West
Coast Eagles who will (hopefully) be on a 5-game winning streak.
