Cats on the March for September
Collingwood lose, it’s a good week, Fremantle lose
in that same week makes me a very happy person, even happier that the Dorkers
were kept to only 44 points, and even happier still the Dorkers didn’t score
for a quarter, best week I’ve had in a while. That and the Purple supporters
have shut up. It was a very good win by the Cats, but the game was really over
at three-quarter time when it was 7.16.58 to 4.2.26.
Best on ground was Christiansen for the Cats who was
someone you would’ve wanted in your Dream Team with 2 behinds, 36 disposals, 19
kicks, 17 handballs, 6 marks, 6 tackles and a Dream Team score of 135.
The Cats have a chance to book themselves in to the
finals if they win their top of the table clash with Hawthorn at the MCG but
are unlikely to dethrone Hawthorn who have a by far superior percentage meaning
they would need to be flogged by at least 70 points which isn’t going to
happen. The Dockers will probably beat Saint Failda, I mean Kilda, but a Docker
loss would favour the Eagles in the Western Derby in a fortnight.
My tips: 3 from 5
